Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Bursaly Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with principal operations in Miami, United States ("Bursaly", "we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on the website located at bursaly.group (the "Site").
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. We do not use cookies
The Site does not set any HTTP cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, tracking, retargeting, personalization, or session management. There are no first-party or third-party cookies on the Site.
2. Local storage — language preference
To remember your preferred language between visits, we store a single key in your browser's localStorage. This is a browser feature independent from cookies and is not transmitted with HTTP requests.
| Key | Values | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
preferred-locale | en or es | Remember the language last chosen | Until cleared by you |
This entry never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. It is strictly necessary for the language-switching feature of the Site and does not require prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive, Article 5(3), or comparable laws, because it is essential to provide a service you have explicitly requested.
3. Server access logs
Our hosting provider (IONOS) maintains standard server access logs containing information such as IP address, user-agent string, timestamp, and requested URL. These logs are not cookies, are not accessible to us for tracking purposes, and are retained according to IONOS's standard policies. See our Privacy Policy, Section 3, for further detail.
4. Third-party services
We do not embed third-party scripts, pixels, tag managers, analytics providers, social plugins, or advertising networks on the Site. Because no third parties set cookies or collect data on the Site, there are no third-party cookie disclosures to make.
5. How to manage or delete local storage
You can delete the preferred-locale entry at any time from your browser's developer tools or privacy settings:
- Chrome / Edge / Brave: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites → locate
bursaly.group→ Delete. - Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → find
bursaly.group→ Remove. - Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → locate
bursaly.group→ Remove.
The Site will continue to function normally after deletion; it will simply default to English or your browser's configured language on your next visit.
6. Children
The Site is intended for adults in professional contexts and is not designed for children. See our Privacy Policy, Section 10, for details.
7. Changes to this Policy
If we introduce new cookies, new local storage mechanisms, or new third-party services, we will update this Policy and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
8. Contact
